Use this free printable VIP pass for your next special event, party or just for your kiddos to have fun with! Simply print, cut out and place in a lanyard!
Another fun little thing I did for the Circus’ Red Carpet Birthday Party were these VIP Passes. These were for kids only, so it was an extra little touch that hopefully made them feel special and of course, like a VIP – which of course, they are!
Creative Commons red carpet image used for this printable found here. I replaced the stars with more red carpet.
Aren’t they fun? As soon as each kiddo walked through the door, they got one of these.
If you’ve got your own event coming up where these would be handy or want a fun little treat for partygoers, then you can easily whip out your own VIP Badges by downloading the free printable file I made for these.

VIP Pass Printing Info and Tips
- There are eight VIP passes per sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ paper.
- The passes are on a black background that covers the entire sheet of paper. This will obviously take some ink. I highly suggest taking this to a printing center like Staples so you don’t use all your ink. Personally, I always take my stuff like this to Staples because I don’t even own a color printer. haha!
- Printing on card stock or photo paper will be best. Photo paper will give you a more glossy sheen if you go that route. I had mine printed on card stock.
Making the VIP Passes Look Legit
Like how I worded that? haha.
To give the passes a “real deal” look, after cutting each one out, I placed it in a lanyard.
I bought this pack of lanyards for our passes. Of course, you can go with whatever your little heart desires.
Have fun with these – they could even just be a fun little addition to your kiddo’s dress up ensembles!
