I’ve got another round of Fancy That for ya today. I’m so glad that you guys liked the first post and idea of this series. It’s kind of like we get to go shopping together even though we’re all spread out everywhere.
Here are a few budget buys that have caught my eye lately…

1. A Big Living Room Sale
Hayneedle is currently having a big living room sale and on top of the sale prices, there are even some discount codes available that will save you even more. It just so happens that a few of the pieces in my living room at the farmhouse are on sale. My TV stand is on sale and you can get an extra 10% off when you use the code LIVINGROOM.
My tufted wing chairs, available in both beige and gray are 56% off.
One of my favorite chairs I’ve ever had, this blue linen arm chair is also on sale as well as the wall mirror that is hanging above it. You can also get an extra 10% off the wall mirror when you use the code MIRROR.
And finally, the mirrored fretwork television cabinet that we have in our master bedroom sitting area is also included in the sale. You can get an extra 10% off of it with the code LIVINGROOM.
2. These Shoes!
Ok, am I crazy for loving these shoes? I’ve never had a pair of flats like these before, but I am so drawn to these shoes – especially the golden color for fall. I think they would all go great with just a pair of jeans dressed up or down. What do you guys think?
3. I’m busting out the pumpkins.
Welcome Fall Print / Glittery Pumpkin Soap Dispenser / Pumpkin & Truck Pillow
You read that right – I have officially pulled out my fall decor. I’m hoping I can will a few cool breezes our way to escape from all this heat! Kirkland’s has all their fall decor out now and I always love shopping there for stuff like that because it’s so affordable. It’s one thing to invest lots of money in decor you use year out, but I don’t like to spend bookoos for something I only have out for a month or two. I love the blues and greens in that Welcome Fall print and it’s only $15! The glittery pumpkin soap dispenser adds a little touch of fall and Halloween in the bathrooms and it’s only $5. And I love that pillow with the truck and pumpkins – I think it would fit in perfectly at the farm.
4. ‘Tis the time to buy outdoor furniture.
If you want new outdoor furniture, this is the time to buy it. Just about every place has it on sale right now. I found these chairs from World Market and I would love to get a couple of them for my favorite hill. They remind me of the ones my grandparents used to have when I was growing up.
5. Educate the Children.
I just discovered these “Who Are” books for kids last year and I just love them. They are designed more for older elementary kids, but that hasn’t stopped me from buying them for the Circus. They are in chapter form, but have pictures to go along with them. I found the Rolling Stones edition last week and immediately snatched it up. As soon as it arrived, the Circus and I sat down and read it. Of course, we both loved it. 😉
That’s all for now – any great things you’ve found lately?
