After the blue and pink birthday extravaganza, baby girl wanted to be sure and send everyone a special thank you card for joining her on her 1st birthday. She wanted to make her own DIY thank you cards. (She is her mama’s child. Gotta love a one year old who already wants to DIY!) She decided PicMonkey* was the way to go for this project. Her mother did not push her in the right direction at all. I don’t know why you would even think that.
We started with a photo from her party and overlayed one of PicMonkey*’s labels on it and then added the text on top of the label. Continuing with the blue and pink theme from the party, we used those colors on the label and font.
DIY Thank You Cards
We sent the photos off to be printed in 4×6 sizes. When the photos arrived, we pulled out our materials and went to work.
The photo was mounted to one side of the card stock paper and the thank you note was written on the other side.
Instant DIY thank you cards.
I know, she has stellar handwriting skills for a one year old.
She git it from her mama. As well as other characteristics that we won’t mention here.
Everyone thought we were geniuses.
Ummm, we already were.
Did they not get that memo?
Made any DIY thank you cards lately?
You know you don’t wanna miss any of this crazy.
