The Best Sweaters Under $50

We stayed at the farm this past weekend and when we woke up on Saturday morning…..it was chilly.

I needed long sleeves.

You know what that means, don’t you?

Fall is just around the corner.

And with fall comes….Sweater Weather.

Sweater Weather is my favorite.

And so in an effort to get my closet in shape for the upcoming sweater weather, I went on a sweater hunt and found the following gems, each of them less than $50.

The Best Sweaters Under $50

Polka Dot Sweater

Polka dots never go out of style. This sweater rocks by itself or you could pair it with a gingham collared shirt later on in the season for added warmth and to up your outfit game. I personally love the classic navy with white polka dots, but you can also get it in gray with gold metallic dots – both options are just $30!

Sweater Blazer

It’s like my love of sweaters and blazers came together in a brief shining moment to create this sweater blazer. I bought a sweater blazer years ago and have loved it since. I haven’t seen any in a while though, so I was thrilled to find this one. Pair this camel colored one with navy pants for a dressier look or jeans for a more casual look. It also comes in gray. Right now, it’s on sale for $49, so snatch it up while you can.

Extra Long Sweater Cardigan

I have fallen in love with these longer cardigans I’ve been seeing. I think the last time I had one was in high school and I have to say – I’m so glad they are making a comeback. I love the garnet color on this one, it seems very fall-ish, but it also comes in black and a light heather gray.

Rib Knit Sweater Cardigan

There are lots of sweater cardigan options out there this year. 🙂 This one has more texture with the ribbing and seems to be a little thicker as well. You can also grab it in gray.

Forest Long Sweater Cardigan

I promise this is the last sweater cardigan option I’ll leave you with – they’re just so good! This one is a bit shorter than the last two, but I love this green shade and it’s also the cheapest of the three at $30. It also comes in white, black and a dark gray color. I think this green hue though would be perfect with wine colored jeans and tall brown boots. This one is also currently en route to yours truly.

Scallop Edge Sweater

You might remember this one from the Nordstrom Sale – it was one of my top picks and this scallop edged beauty is on sale again for less than $40. There are five different colors to choose from and this one is really a perfect sweater for pairing with dress pants for work.

Off the Shoulder Bell Sleeve Sweater

This one is definitely more of the fancy variety as well – I’m thinking perfect for date night with a pair of great jeans and pretty heels. I love the black and white contrast here.

V-Neck Back Twist Sweater

This one is cozy-comfy, but with a twist….literally

Isn’t that back detail gorgeous?! I want so badly to snatch this one up, but here’s my conundrum: the store it’s at is one I’ve never heard of before, Poppoly. It looks like one of those sites that is overseas and I’ve taken a chance before on a similar online store and was very pleased with my purchase, but I’m just always so hesitant. Have any of you ordered from there before?

Simple V-Neck Sweater

I love the length on this one. You could pair it with jeans or leggings and it would be adorable. I think it would be killer with a great pair of jeans and heels. You can also get it in black. I just ordered it in this gray color.

Black V-Neck Sweater with Scrunchable Sleeves

This one is very similar to the last one, but it has sleeves that can easily be rolled up if you get too hot. It also seems a little baggier too. It also comes in gray.

Flare Sleeve Sweater

Another flare sleeve beauty. You can also get this one in black or white, which I think are more dressier, while this navy version is more casual. Right now, this one is on sale for $47.
