While Grunt Labor is usually pretty easy to buy gifts for, other guys on our holiday gift list are not. Grunt Labor will usually tell you what he wants, in some cases, it’s a four-wheeler, which is completely unrealistic at this point, but then he’ll be real and give you some other ideas.
Lots of guys aren’t like that though. Some can’t give you any ideas at all because they have no clue what they really even want / need. Well, these gift ideas for him will hopefully take care of some of those hard-to-buy-for men on your list. They just might not know they want these…
Gifts for Him
Unique Bottle Openers
I thought these were so cool the minute I saw them – real, recycled .50 caliber ammunition made into bottle openers! I sent them to Grunt to show him and he immediately responded with “I want to get one of those for _____!” I can’t tell you who because then they might read this post and find out what they are getting for Christmas. 😉 So, we did get one for someone on our gift list. They also come in great little gift boxes and to top if off – they are made by veterans. How much more America can it get, y’all? These make great small gifts or great stocking stuffers! Find the vintage style bottle breacher here and the black ones here.
Favorite Movie & TV Wear
Chances are, a few of the guys on your holiday gift list probably have a favorite movie and/or TV show that they never get tired of watching. If that’s the case, then you can’t go wrong with getting them something commemorating that love. I found this T Birds shirt and Breaking Bad shirt at Cafe Press, however they have a slew of different types of products for just about every television show and movie under the sun. Find all their TV show selections here and their full entertainment products line here.
This wallet is one of my favorite finds this holiday season. First off, it’s leather. I’ve never met a man who didn’t appreciate something leather. Secondly, you can have their initials put on the outside of it, but then also a special message on the inside. I did get one of these for someone on my gift list and at first I wasn’t going to get anything put on the inside of the wallet – I didn’t want it to sound too cheesy. But then, I thought about it more and was like, it doesn’t have to be a direct message from me. So instead, I started thinking about what this person loved in life – country music came to mind. So that led to me thinking about one of his favorite artists and finally, I settled on having a line from one of his favorite artist’s song engraved inside the wallet. Think outside the box y’all! Find this wallet here!
Shaving has become a big deal. At the same time, beards have become a big deal. Most men are just going to hit up Target for regular ol’ shaving cream when they run out. But why not pamper them a little bit with some great shaving and/or beard products? While most men won’t admit it, they love to be pampered. Grunt Labor loves his monthly pedicures. You can start them off with this Sandalwood Shaving Kit or this limited edition Peppermint Shaving Cream. If they are working on fine-tuning that beard, go with this beard maintenance set. Two people on my list are getting spoiled with some of these products from The Art of Shaving this Christmas!
Every man needs a good Dopp Kit / toiletries bag – whatever you want to call it. You can go humorous with this Ridiculously Good Looking one or classic and timeless with this leather one. If neither of those suit your fancy, there are a ton of more options on Etsy.
Not just any phone stand – an astronaut phone stand.
This is another one of those little gems from The Apollo Box. I think this little guy is so cute, but useful too. While he’s getting ready, shaving or just sitting at the table, he can easily watch ESPN, the news or a crazy cat video without ever actually holding his phone. Find the astronaut phone stand here.
If they are really into craft beer and trying new kinds, then they might love you extra for signing them up for a monthly craft beer club. This craft beer club will send twelve beers a month in four different styles. It’s a gift that keeps on giving throughout the year.
A knife that’s most definitely his.
I grew up with men who always carried a pocket knife on them. They used it to cut pears straight from the tree, clean their fingernails and often as a tool. The value of a good pocket knife should never be underestimated. This zebra wood pocket knife can also be personalized.
A Great Weekender Bag
I also included a weekender bag in my gift guide for adventurers, but I thought I would include it here as well because these things are so great. Grunt Labor has one and as I said in my other post, he uses it all the time. These bags are the perfect size for weekend trips.
Personalized Cooler Bag
Personalized Cooler Bag
If they are heading out to go fishing, golfing or any other outdoor adventure, I’m sure they would appreciate a good cooler bag to take along with them. You can get this one in three different colors.
Bulletproof GlassBulletproof Glass
It’s literally bulletproof glass. This was another find by Grunt Labor on Apollo Box and we’ve ordered two for people on our gift list. You can get them in a shot glass size and rocks glass size.
Leather Phone WalletLeather Phone Wallet
If they seem to often lose their phone and/or wallet, then this is the perfect gift for them. It’s puts the two into one and you can personalize it on top of that! Find this little gem right here!
Cafe Press has a great selection of trucker hats – definitely a few that will make some of the guys on your list laugh for sure. See the full selection here.
Hopefully this list will help you knock out a few of the guys on your holiday gift list!
